Quick answer
Can You Rent Gear for Antarctica?
Some cruise lines provide or rent key gear such as boots, parkas, or waterproof items, while others expect you to bring more yourself. Check the operator's current packing list before buying bulky gear.
Before departure
Confirm what is provided, which sizes are available and what must be returned. Arrange any separate rental before relying on it for embarkation.
